At 4XP Gaming, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and chosen shipping method at checkout. We currently only have one shipping option available, Standard Shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping delays due to carriers are beyond our control.
Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our gaming drinks and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns: You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Package
4XP Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
